Direct MCP client/manager for DeepSeek Harness — never registers a model tool, so the host never OOMs on MCP tool loading.

What's inside

  • CLI (mcp-direct): register/probe/list/call MCP servers over streamable-http and stdio
  • DSH plugin: management UI in the Web GUI (list, probe, schema, call, add, remove)
  • Shared lib/core.js between CLI and plugin — drift is structurally impossible
  • Generated <name>-mcp launchers that fall back to the DSH Desktop binary via ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE, so a Desktop-only machine needs no standalone node
  • Config-free plugin patch row (avoids the patchReload: live reconcile loop)
  • Loopback-only bridge admission: address + Host + origin + POST + 64 KiB body cap
