Diagramon 3.11.0 重做了 AI 面板的交互：不再按页签分开对话，而是一条连续的时间线；
每句话发出去之前都能看到并覆盖它的意图，自动判定则只在真正有结论时出现。

便携版说明：包里是 diagramon.exe + WebView2Loader.dll + ui\ + assets\，必须放在一起
（ui\ 与 assets\ 是从磁盘读的，不在 exe 里）。它不依赖额外要装的东西：不需要 Node.js、
不需要 Chrome、不需要 VC++ 运行库（exe 已静态链接 CRT），只需要 Windows 10/11 自带的 WebView2 运行时。
便携版的「检查更新」照常能发现新版，但更新走的是安装包（不会就地替换便携目录）——
要继续用便携形态，就手动下载新的 ZIP 覆盖。

本次亮点

  • 一条时间线：生图、识图、改图、解图不再各占一个页签；同一文档的对话按时间顺序排在一起，
    回看与重试都只面对一份历史。
  • 四档意图滑块：发送前直接看到本条消息的意图。点任意一档即手动覆盖，点「回自动」恢复；
    发送后覆盖自动清掉，下一句重新判定。
  • 自动判定只在有结论时显示：判定成功显示「自动判定 86%」；未开启、未配置、超时或低置信时
    整个状态隐藏，不再出现让人误解的「回退」。
  • 输出格式下拉：跟随当前 / Mermaid / Graphviz DOT / D2 / drawio / Excalidraw。
    目标格式与当前文档不同时，应用会新建对应格式的标签页；drawio / Excalidraw 由承载页
    从 Mermaid 现场转换。
  • 识图仍是硬规则：附了图片就是识图；没有活动文档就是生图，不把这两类交给分类器猜。
  • 解图保持只读：解图的空态仍有主按钮和三个角度词，回复不产生代码卡、不写入文档。
  • 判定更省：面板收起时不发起判定；同一句话的并发判定会复用同一个请求；
    修改端点/模型/阈值后旧结论立即失效。
  • 会话格式归一：每轮对话只保存 intent，旧的 tab 字段在读取时自动迁移，
    回看历史不再依赖已经消失的页签概念。

修复

  • 生成请求在意图判定尚未完成时重复点击发送，会重复发起同一句话（两次真实计费）；
    现在判定期间发送按钮锁定。
  • 自动修正轮引用了已删除的 retryCtx.tab，导致修正消息丢失意图标记；已修复。

安装与更新

下载 Diagramon_3.11.0_x64-setup.exe 直接安装。已装旧版的用户可在
帮助 → 检查更新 里收到本版本（更新包即本安装包，签名见 latest.json）。

本安装包尚未做 Authenticode 代码签名，Windows SmartScreen 可能给出提示。

Diagramon 3.11.0 reworks the AI panel: conversations are no longer split across tabs but
form one continuous timeline. Each message shows — and lets you change — its intent before sending,
while automatic classification appears only when there is an actual verdict.

About the portable build: it ships diagramon.exe + WebView2Loader.dll + ui\ + assets\, and those
must stay together (the ui\ and assets\ trees are read from disk, not embedded in the exe).
It needs nothing extra installed: no Node.js, no Chrome, no VC++ redistributable (the CRT is
statically linked) — only the system WebView2 runtime that comes with Windows 10/11.
"Check for updates" still finds new versions, but updating downloads the installer
(it does not replace the portable folder in place) — to stay portable, grab the new ZIP manually.

Highlights

  • One timeline: Generate, Vision, Review and Explain no longer own separate tabs; a document's
    conversation is one chronological history, so review and retry face a single record.
  • Four-way intent slider: see each message's intent before sending. Click any stop to override,
    click “Auto” to return. The override clears after sending, so the next sentence is classified anew.
  • Auto status only with a verdict: “Auto-detected 86%” appears only when classification succeeds.
    When disabled, unconfigured, timed out or low-confidence, the status disappears instead of showing
    a confusing “fallback” label.
  • Output format selector: Follow current / Mermaid / Graphviz DOT / D2 / drawio / Excalidraw.
    When the target differs from the current document, applying opens a new tab in that format.
    drawio and Excalidraw are converted from Mermaid by the carrier's importer.
  • Vision stays a hard rule: an attached image means Vision; no active document means Generate.
    Neither is left to the classifier.
  • Explain stays read-only: its empty state keeps the primary action and three angle chips;
    replies produce no code card and never write to the document.
  • Cheaper classification: no request while the panel is collapsed; concurrent classification of
    the same sentence shares one request; changing endpoint/model/thresholds invalidates old verdicts.
  • Normalized conversation schema: turns now store only intent; legacy tab fields are read and
    migrated automatically, so history no longer depends on the removed tab concept.

Fixes

  • Double-clicking Send while intent classification was still in flight could fire the same sentence
    twice (two billable calls). Send is now locked during classification.
  • The automatic render-fix turn referenced the removed retryCtx.tab, losing its intent marker.

Requirements

Install and update

Download Diagramon_3.11.0_x64-setup.exe and run it. Users on an older version
will be offered this release via Help → Check for updates (the update package is this same
installer; its signature is in latest.json).

This installer is not yet Authenticode-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning.
