Diagramon 3.8.16 是一次以稳态为主的更新：给大图加了一道预警、给画布文档补上了结构大纲，并修掉了升级受阻的缺陷。

便携版说明：包里是 diagramon.exe + WebView2Loader.dll + ui\ + assets\，必须放在一起
（ui\ 与 assets\ 是从磁盘读的，不在 exe 里）。它不依赖额外要装的东西：不需要 Node.js、
不需要 Chrome、不需要 VC++ 运行库（exe 已静态链接 CRT），只需要 Windows 10/11 自带的 WebView2 运行时。
便携版的「检查更新」照常能发现新版，但更新走的是安装包（不会就地替换便携目录）——
要继续用便携形态，就手动下载新的 ZIP 覆盖。

本次亮点

  • 超大图会先提醒你：打开或保存超过 400KB / 5000 行的图之前，会先问一句「此图较大，预览可能卡顿数秒」。
    可以继续，也可以放弃；同一张图同一种操作在一次会话里只问一次，不打扰正常使用。
  • 画布文档有了结构大纲：drawio / Excalidraw 这类画布文档，侧栏「大纲」里现在能看到分组与图形节点，
    分组可以折叠展开，点节点会在画布上选中并定位过去。
  • 转换与画布更稳：把近几个版本修过的转换缺陷固化成回归语料，画布「连续转换、切换标签」的串图问题也补了自动化回归，以后改坏会立刻被拦下。
  • 布局引擎复用：Mermaid / Graphviz / D2 的布局实例改为常驻复用，连续打开多张图不再重复初始化。

修复

  • 修复从 3.8.14 升级到新版时，安装程序「杀掉正在运行的 Diagramon 进程」失败导致升级中断的问题。
    现在安装前会先结束旧进程再覆盖安装。

安装与更新

下载 Diagramon_3.8.16_x64-setup.exe 直接安装。已装旧版的用户可在
帮助 → 检查更新 里收到本版本（更新包即本安装包，签名见 latest.json）。

本安装包尚未做 Authenticode 代码签名，Windows SmartScreen 可能给出提示。

Diagramon 3.8.16 is a steady-state update: a heads-up before opening large diagrams, a structure
outline for canvas documents, and a fix for the upgrade that could not stop the running app.

About the portable build: it ships diagramon.exe + WebView2Loader.dll + ui\ + assets\, and those
must stay together (the ui\ and assets\ trees are read from disk, not embedded in the exe).
It needs nothing extra installed: no Node.js, no Chrome, no VC++ redistributable (the CRT is
statically linked) — only the system WebView2 runtime that comes with Windows 10/11.
"Check for updates" still finds new versions, but updating downloads the installer
(it does not replace the portable folder in place) — to stay portable, grab the new ZIP manually.

Highlights

  • A heads-up before large diagrams: opening or saving a diagram above 400 KB / 5,000 lines now asks
    first ("this diagram is large, preview may lag for a few seconds"). You can continue or cancel, and the
    same document/action is only asked once per session.
  • Structure outline for canvas documents: drawio / Excalidraw documents now show their groups and
    shapes in the sidebar Outline view; groups collapse and expand, and clicking a node selects and
    centers it on the canvas.
  • More reliable conversion and canvas: conversion defects fixed in recent releases are now locked in
    as regression fixtures, and the "convert twice / switch tabs" canvas leakage has automated coverage.
  • Layout engines are reused: Mermaid / Graphviz / D2 layout instances stay resident, so opening several
    diagrams no longer re-initialises them each time.

Fixes

  • Fixed the upgrade from 3.8.14 failing because the installer could not stop a running Diagramon process.
    The installer now ends the old process before overwriting files.

Requirements

Install and update

Download Diagramon_3.8.16_x64-setup.exe and run it. Users on an older version
will be offered this release via Help → Check for updates (the update package is this same
installer; its signature is in latest.json).

This installer is not yet Authenticode-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning.
