Per-Session Isolation

Each GLM session now gets its own isolated CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR instead of sharing ~/.claude-glm.

What Changed

Before (v2.0.13):
  All GLM sessions → ~/.claude-glm/ (shared)

After (v2.0.14):
  Session 1 → ~/.claude-glm-sessions/glm-123-456/
  Session 2 → ~/.claude-glm-sessions/glm-456-789/

Benefits

  • Complete session isolation - each session has its own settings
  • No model selection sync issues between concurrent sessions
  • No conflicts with other session isolation projects
  • Shared resources still accessible via symlinks
