What changed

• Company backup upload diagnostics. Google Drive backup history now distinguishes a destination's reported storage refusal from a verified upload. A backup that was made but not confirmed stays on this PC for another upload attempt; a later verified upload is recorded without changing the earlier attempt's result.
• Payment reminder campaigns. Large reminder audiences are prepared in bounded batches, with saved progress and individual account outcomes. The new Prepare only action generates the reminder content for review without sending a WhatsApp message. Native BUSY PDF generation can still have its normal print effects.
• Whats91 conversation flows. Developer configuration now supports saved JavaScript-controlled welcome and conversation flows, with session handling, guarded ERP access, test preview and run history. The Integration configurations and Incoming webhook pages have clearer layouts.

Update notes

Existing backup plans, reminder configurations and account settings are retained when AI Zeny updates.

A successful request, prepared reminder or queued send is not proof that a WhatsApp recipient received a message. Check the run history and delivery state before relying on it.

What changed

• Duplicate a company backup plan. From Company backups, open a plan's More menu or Details and choose Duplicate. The Add backup plan form opens with the existing protection, destination, schedule, retention, SQL Server staging and alert settings filled in. Change the time and save to create a separate plan. The original plan is unchanged.
• Schedule more backups for the same company. A company can now have more than one Google Drive plan or more than one folder plan. Each saved plan has its own schedule and history. Existing plans are kept.
• Clearer Google account management. Google accounts now shows each account's connection, this PC's permission and its default or backup role in one list. Account actions are available from each row. The Add Google account page shows sign-in steps, remaining confirmation time and the permissions to check before accepting an account.

Update notes

This is a signed Windows update. Existing backup plans and Google account settings are retained. For a folder destination shared by two backup plans, AI Zeny keeps the plans' backup files in separate marked folders.

Google accounts on this PC

• Link and use multiple Google accounts without replacing an existing connection. Each PC can be allowed to use the accounts it needs; stopping an account on one PC does not disconnect another PC.
• Choose a default account for new Google Sheets exports and an explicit account for backups. A saved export remains tied to its chosen account when the default changes, and a backup operation keeps its selected account throughout the run.
• An account that is no longer available on this PC is refused clearly instead of silently switching an export or backup to a different account. Google account permissions and sign-in still require an active AI Zeny Cloud connection.

BUSY accounting and company backups

• The 12 BUSY voucher-create APIs now support configured automatic or manual voucher numbering. A request's explicit number and reference choices are preserved.
• SQL Server company-backup plan setup checks whether the SQL Server service can write to the local staging folder. For the standard local folder, AI Zeny can offer an administrator-approved permission repair; existing plans recheck before a backup starts.
• Company and WhatsApp-profile capacity are tracked independently against the organization's Cloud allowance. AI Zeny reconciles claims when a company or profile is changed, removed or reconnected.

Before updating

• Keep a verified backup of this PC's AI Zeny data before an administrator installs the update. The data migration in 0.0.31 requires the matching pre-update data backup if an older version must be restored.
• This version is digitally signed by VELIRDEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP with a trusted timestamp. Existing installations can receive it through the normal updater.
• Real multi-PC Google-account behavior and the SQL staging repair on a customer's own SQL Server configuration should be checked in that environment before depending on them for critical backups.

Company backups and recovery

• Choose a backup's protection mode: a plain ZIP, encryption with a recovery key you keep, or encryption with AI Zeny Cloud recovery. The selected mode and destination are shown when you create a plan.
• When generating a new key pair, choose who manages recovery before creating the key. The setup uses one password entry and explains the files you must keep. Cloud recovery requires your separate website approval and a confirmed enrollment before its plans can run.
• Backup plan Save now shows a clear error when a key or protection choice needs attention. You can schedule eligible plans every two hours, as well as use manual schedules.
• Decrypt backups and restore Access or SQL Server companies using the guided checks. Replacing an existing SQL Server company requires BUSY and other database connections to be closed; AI Zeny makes checked safety backups before replacement. The backup archive itself is preserved.

BUSY accounting APIs

• Sales invoice creation supports explicitly configured GST bill sundries for the verified BUSY combinations. Unsupported tax combinations return a clear refusal.
• Added Local API operations to generate e-Invoices and e-Way Bills for an explicitly named existing sales voucher, and to export an existing e-Way Bill as a PDF. These are deliberate actions, never triggered by ordinary invoice creation. The app retains evidence of uncertain submissions and prevents blind retries.
• These tax-document routes are for a properly configured BUSY installation on this PC. They are not yet available through AI Zeny Cloud Relay. Government/provider submission and EWB PDF printing must be verified on the customer's configured PC before relying on them in production.

Updating safely

• Review backup protection, destinations, keys and company identity before enabling a schedule. Keep the private key file and its password safe even when Cloud recovery is selected.
• A queued request is different from a completed backup or a government-issued document. Check the final job or document result before retrying an uncertain operation.
• This Windows release remains digitally signed by VELIRDEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP with a trusted timestamp. Existing installations can update through the normal signed updater.

WhatsApp automation

• Added Stock Bot. Configure a BUSY company, financial year and keywords so a customer can ask for a product's stock and price. The supplied script works without writing JavaScript; the editor also offers a draft test and a customization guide. New bots start Off.
• Added Payment reminders for customer accounts and their assigned salesmen. Choose a schedule, accounts or groups, a minimum balance, and text alone or text followed by a BUSY ledger or payment-reminder PDF. Preview recipients before enabling a reminder; inspect run history, pause, run now or stop a run. New reminders start Off.
• Improved the WhatsApp send path for linked devices and clearer failed-send diagnostics. A queued or accepted send is distinct from confirmed delivery.

Integrations and email

• Added Developer > Integration configurations and Incoming webhook. Set a named provider verification secret, write one JavaScript handler, try synthetic samples without sending, and inspect run history. The webhook address is available on this PC and its local network; it is not a public internet or Cloud Relay endpoint.
• SMTP email now uses a shared local queue for company-backup alerts, optional Google Sheets export alerts and test mail. The queue records failed or uncertain attempts without blindly resending an uncertain message.

Backups, BUSY and navigation

• The recovery-key wizard now has Show/Hide controls for both password fields, immediate mismatch feedback and a clearer reminder to keep the private key and password together. The password is not saved by the wizard.
• Expanded the supported SQL Server account fields where native BUSY behavior was verified; unsupported combinations still return a clear refusal.
• Reorganized the top menu into seven headings, grouped WhatsApp tools, and showed the running version in the title bar.

Signed Windows update

• AI Zeny's company executables and installer are now Authenticode-signed as VELIRDEN TECHNOLOGIES LLP with a trusted timestamp. Windows can show the publisher; a new signature does not instantly guarantee SmartScreen reputation.

Before enabling new automation

• Review the BUSY company, financial year, WhatsApp profile, recipients and preview on this PC. Automatic reminders and bots do not start until you enable them. Test with an approved contact before a broad schedule.
• Local data migrations move forward. Keep a verified data backup before upgrade; returning to an older binary may require its matching pre-upgrade data snapshot and a reviewed recovery procedure.
• An email server accepting a message, a queued WhatsApp send and a recipient opening a document are separate outcomes. Check History and the recipient when delivery matters.

Company backups and recovery

• Company backups are available under the supported Trial, Go, Plus, Pro and Max plan entitlements. Configure a destination, schedule and recovery key in Backups.
• Added Decrypt backup to recover files from an encrypted company backup using the owner's private recovery key. The key and its password are used locally in the window, not sent to a Local API route.
• Added Restore company for decrypted BUSY on SQL Server backups, with a reviewable plan and guarded restore steps. For BUSY on Access, use the decrypted files and the normal BUSY data-folder workflow; the in-app Restore company action is for SQL Server.
• Added optional backup email alerts through Settings > SMTP. A plan can notify recipients of a final failure or a verified success. Existing plans need recipients and SMTP configuration before any alert can be sent; a backup continues even if an alert fails.
• Refreshed the six Backups pages and the SMTP settings screen to make setup, status and recovery steps clearer.

WhatsApp and chatbots

• A newly linked WhatsApp profile can receive a first direct text from a new contact without requiring an earlier outgoing message. The incoming console displays new text while its page is open, and eligible chatbot replies can follow after the message is verified and committed.
• Added one shared Chatbot > Welcome message setting, including a switch to require the welcome flow before chatbot commands. The welcome is configured once rather than separately for every ERP bot.
• Corrected top-level menu navigation after opening newly added pages.

BUSY reports

• Existing Ledger PDF, Bills Receivable PDF, Bills Payable PDF and Payment Reminder PDF requests now support configured BUSY on Access companies as well as supported SQL Server companies. The matching ERP chatbot report choices can use Access.
• Bills reports remain as-of-date reports. Their native captions and date handling follow BUSY; the application does not invent a start-date filter. Named reminder formats must exist in BUSY. The built-in STANDARD reminder format is available for the documented empty-format Access case.

Upgrade notes and scope

• Company backup plans, recovery keys and SMTP settings are not included in the older Settings > Backup & restore file. Keep the private recovery key and plan details separately.
• This update includes forward-only local database migrations. Returning to an older application build requires the matching pre-upgrade data snapshot and a reviewed recovery procedure.
• Backup management, SQL restore, WhatsApp QR/account controls and these native BUSY PDF requests run on the installed PC. This release does not add matching Cloud Relay routes or deploy cloud code. SMTP acceptance by a mail server is not proof of inbox delivery, and a queued WhatsApp send is not proof of recipient delivery.

WhatsApp and chatbots

• Added independent WhatsApp profiles with a local QR linking screen, profile controls and an outgoing queue. A profile can be linked again after an explicit logout. Saved sessions and queued work remain fenced by profile generation.
• Added Local API sends for text, PNG/JPEG images, PDF documents and supported MP4 video. The accounting-software multipart form endpoint accepts the required fields and ignores additional text fields supplied by a client. Media captions are optional.
• Added a live incoming-text console and an API request console for local diagnostics. The incoming console displays new messages while it is open; it is not a historical message archive.
• Added keyword chatbots with ordered text and media replies, plus guided ERP chatbots for supported account and document requests. Where a number matches more than one configured company or account, the ERP flow asks for a selection. Voucher browsing by month and Indian-style date entry improve the document flow.
• Improved WhatsApp session recovery, inbound decryption for a known contact, video compatibility and QR relinking. Accepted send requests are tracked through the outgoing queue; HTTP acceptance alone does not mean delivery.

BUSY data and Local API

• Added Stock Journal creation for supported SQL Server and Microsoft Access companies, with queue and read-back safeguards.
• Improved write admission and company/financial-year identity checks. Plain GST categories whose stored rate base is zero are accepted in the verified standard case; other unsupported tax configurations remain guarded.
• Improved Microsoft Access pending Sales Order reads for larger result sets while preserving their response contract.
• Refreshed the Customer Integrations, WhatsApp, chatbot and diagnostic screens.

Encrypted company backups

• Added encrypted BUSY company backups for Microsoft Access and SQL Server companies to a checked folder or Google Drive, with schedules, history, retention and a local key wizard. The private recovery key stays with its owner; the application stores only its public key.
• Company backups follow the subscription entitlement and are currently available on the Go plan. The existing AI Zeny settings backup does not include company-backup plans or public keys; keep the private recovery key and backup-plan details separately.
• The new settings and runtime database migrations are forward-only. An older application build cannot open the migrated databases. Installation uses a verified stopped-service data snapshot; restoring it requires an explicit recovery procedure.

Availability and scope

New backup management and WhatsApp account/QR controls are available on this PC only. New Local API functionality does not by itself add matching Cloud Relay routes. Some functions depend on the customer's BUSY edition, database permissions, installed Access driver and subscription plan. Consult the bundled documentation before configuring native writes, automated replies or company backups.

These features follow the documented plan, company, financial-year and BUSY configuration limits. Cloud Relay support and deployment are separate from this Windows release. The 32-bit-only installed path has source/live evidence but was not tested under the installed service account on a physical 32-bit-only driver PC before this release; the owner accepted this bounded release risk.

This Windows update adds the following Local API capabilities:

• Create and modify BUSY masters and vouchers in supported Access companies as well as SQL Server companies.
• Recheck optional-field definitions immediately before master writes, and verify that Account and Product Modify preserve unchanged optional-field values. If verification cannot confirm a saved write, reconcile its saved reference before sending another request.
• Choose Auto or Manual GST calculation independently from GST-inclusive or GST-exclusive pricing on Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Sales Return, Purchase and Purchase Return creates. Manual amounts follow the documented validation and supported native configurations.
• Set Sales Invoice eInvoiceRequired explicitly to Yes or No while retaining existing creation behaviour when omitted. This flag does not generate an e-invoice or IRN.
• Send line descriptions on supported Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Sales Return and Purchase creates, subject to the BUSY voucher-series configuration, and read them back from the corresponding voucher routes.
• Correct installed read-back verification of interstate IGST on Sales Orders.

The Windows Local API contract and updated documentation are bundled with the installer. Cloud Relay availability depends on separately deployed cloud routes. E-Invoice Bulk listing is not established by this flag. GST modes with linked returns, bill allocations or purchase bill sundries remain restricted where the API documents a pre-save refusal.
