One click, one step (the AERA guidelines, 5.1).

• On TOS 4.04 (the Falcon), a click on a window's slider track moved the text two pages, and a click on an arrow two lines: TOS 4's AES sends such a click twice. EHypView now takes the second one for what it is, in the viewer and in the library: one click, one page (or one line). Holding the button down still scrolls on, as before. TOS 1.04, EmuTOS, MagiC and MiNT were never affected.
