Initial public release of dsh-priceflow.

• Integrates official DeepSeek peak/off-peak pricing policy sources and validation.
• Shows PEAK/OFF-PEAK status, transition countdown, and USD/CNY pricing.
• Supports durable off-peak scheduling for text messages.
• Optionally displays DeepSeek account balance.
• Uses verified pricing and Last Known Good (LKG) trust checks for scheduling.

Compatibility has been verified against DSH 0.2.0-rc.1 only. The delayed queue is text-only and durable delivery is at-least-once, not exactly-once.

Install with the DSH plugin manager:

dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-priceflow
