dsh-fount-memory v0.2.0

Default automatic memory recall to named facts only (recallCount=0). Raw dialogue archives are excluded from ordinary memory search unless includeEpisodes=true is explicitly requested.

Whitespace-only assistant text, blank final responses, and turns with unfinished todos are not archived. Turn completion is no longer documented as proof of task success. Existing database contents are not migrated into prompts or deleted by installing this release.

11 tests pass on Windows and Linux. Installed-package verification confirms named facts recall without replaying a matching failed dialogue trace.
