  • Fixed a bug in the data migrations. This applies to clients upgrading from v9. The bug caused exactly one credential
    to be migrated to the v10 data format, effectively at random. The fix causes them all to be propagated.

  • Fixed a bug in the data migrations. This applies to clients upgrading from v9. This bug caused e2ei-enrolled clients
    to lose all credentials for which both the basic and x509 versions were present in the database, causing them to
    additionally lose all conversations using those credentials.

  • Fixes an issue with how commit delays are calculated which could lead to collisions between other members of a group,
    which in turn leads to commit congestion.
