  • Fixes an issue with how commit delays are calculated which could lead to collisions between other members of a group, which in turn leads to commit congestion.

  • web: Fixes a wasm panic when a transaction callback throws a value that can't be serialized. The panic left the cc instance unusable. Only values that look like a CoreCryptoError reached the affected code, so this was unlikely to be hit in practice.
