Added

• The store keeps a chat's history (store version 25, cli-core 0.366.0). A change to a chat's id, title,
  membership or search visibility is kept in chat_revisions with the old and new value; a read by the id a chat
  was re-keyed from finds the chat it became. The store moves to version 25 when first opened; nothing is sent.

Fixed

• A chat you left is found by any of its ids (cli-core 0.368.0) in store export, store status, messages thread, a search's --chat and chat:, tags, tasks and the other reads of its kept history. chats track and
  store gaps plan refuse it: "you left chat ".
• tg guide lists memo's scenario under the same title as memo and the other tools: "One person across every
  tool", capitalised. On cli-core 0.370.0 the scenario check in the tests also catches shell characters left
  outside quotes in a step.
