CodexPlusBar 1.2.1 — Profile details polish
CodexPlusBar 1.2.1
What's changed
- Empty profile notes stay behind Add notes; saved notes open automatically, and clearing notes keeps the editor mounted while you continue editing.
- Profile text, private, and notes fields have quiet idle borders and clearer focus/Increase Contrast borders.
- Dark Hard uses deeper surfaces and adjusted Codex/Claude card colors; OTP panels have less decorative outlining.
- Includes the native ChatGPT / Codex desktop sign-ins introduced in 1.2.0, OpenChamber 2 recovery, and reset-window sorting.
Install or update
- Download CodexPlusBar.dmg below. Requires macOS 14 or newer; one app supports Apple silicon and Intel.
- Quit an older running copy, open the DMG, and drag CodexPlusBar.app into Applications, replacing the old app if asked.
- Eject the DMG and open the app from Applications. Look for it in the menu bar, not the Dock.
Saved profiles and sign-ins remain in your local Application Support folder when replacing the app. Xcode, codex-auth, and CodexAuthHelper are not required.
To verify the download, place both assets in the same folder and run:
shasum -a 256 -c CodexPlusBar.dmg.sha256Release verification
