Synced folders are much faster on large instances: a one-file edit reaches the server in about 4.5 seconds instead of 15.7 on a 10,000-note folder.

Server

  • Added: POST /items/titles returns the items titled by up to 200 names in one request.
  • Changed: The server keeps a folded title key for each item (database migration 10), so a title lookup no longer reads every item. The update runs once at first start, after the backup copy described in "Before you upgrade".

CLI

  • Changed: A synced folder resolves a scan's [[links]] in a few requests, not several per name.
  • Changed: A folder's watch reads only the items a change reaches, and clears answered writes from its queue, so a quiet folder stays quiet and uses less CPU.

Core

  • Fixed: Queuing an edge in a folder scan no longer slows down as the copy grows.
