Added support for arm64, Mac and Windows. Previously required .d.ts files are now compiled into the binary. On Linux/Mac you may need to chmod +x tttt-* to make it executable. On Mac you may need to xattr -d com.apple.quarantine tttt-darwin-arm64 or some such bullshit. Also we've got an npm package now:

npm install --save-dev tttt-ts
npx tttt
# or ./node_modules/@wmww/tttt-ts-linux-x64/bin/tttt for faster startup

~320 correctness fixes since v1. ~20% faster. Performance should also be more consistent, and scale better with more cores.

Initial release. Targets compatibility with tsgo 7.1 beta. In my testing on speed it beats tsgo comfortably, and bun check by a hair. Your mileage may vary.
