Added support for arm64, Mac and Windows. Previously required .d.ts files are now compiled into the binary. On Linux/Mac you may need to chmod +x tttt-* to make it executable. On Mac you may need to xattr -d com.apple.quarantine tttt-darwin-arm64 or some such bullshit. Also we've got an npm package now:

npm install --save-dev tttt-ts
npx tttt
# or ./node_modules/@wmww/tttt-ts-linux-x64/bin/tttt for faster startup
