• Fix Codex installation of App Page Plugin 0.8.1 by reducing the archive below the host's 50 MiB limit. The shared viewer is minified and embedded once; duplicate build intermediates are excluded.
• Bundle the checksum-verified official Node 24.22.1 LTS runtime, matching the supported Node 24 baseline without stripping its binary.
• Reject oversized Plugin archives during packing, extracted-package verification and publication. Keep bundled package managers and license notices.
• Retain the published runtime 0.11.0 dependency. Existing projects, settings and execution evidence require no reset.

Update the public Redpact marketplace, install Plugin 0.8.1, then reconnect the host. Install and start the pinned runtime in the app if it is absent. Previously published Plugin versions remain immutable.

• Publish App Page Plugin 0.8.0 with the current shared viewer and a fixed dependency on the published Redpact runtime 0.11.0.
• Clarify that Plugin-managed runtimes are separate from the global CLI. When the required version is absent, Install Redpact installs that version while preserving existing projects and execution evidence.
• Verify Plugin installation and viewer behavior at Desktop Full (1920px) and Half View (800px).
• Allow up to 30 minutes for npm publication to become visible. Release retries inspect package contents without attempting to republish an existing version; registry identity and artifact integrity checks remain required.

Update the public marketplace with codex plugin marketplace add wo658/redpact --ref main, then run codex plugin add redpact@redpact and reconnect the host. Replace an existing local development marketplace with the public Git source before relying on public updates. Install and start the required runtime from the app. No project-settings or runtime-data reset is required.

Redpact now prioritizes its GPT-embedded viewer and test-environment management experience.

• Replace workspace tabs with a shared one-row header in Desktop Full and Half View. Keep navigation and viewer controls compact; use Unit and Integration labels and a shared Play action at the far right.
• Start the embedded viewer with its sidebar collapsed at every width. Preserve manual toggles during resizing and reset to collapsed when reopening.
• Move noncritical diagnostics into dismissible bottom-right notices and the Problems history in Settings. Blocking connection failures retain recovery controls.
• Recognize squash/rebase PR integration using the exact source head, repository and base, plus the merge result already present in the configured local main branch. Preserve new commits and dirty worktrees. Git Graph keeps genuine Git parent edges.
• Introduce dev/main delivery: dev verifies changes; main automatically prepares a stable version, verifies the exact snapshot, tags it, publishes the verified npm artifact and confirms registry integrity.
• Retain safer runtime migrations, original backups, configurable Git-output limits and execution diagnostics from the previously unpublished 0.10.0 snapshot.

Verification is attached to the exact release workflow and artifact identity. Local and managed acceptance cover the affected viewer and merge-tracking flows; the release workflow verifies the installable package on Ubuntu/Node 24. Real ChatGPT host capability enforcement and other OS/Node combinations are outside that evidence. GitHub PR fallback requires authenticated gh; unsupported or unavailable evidence leaves work visible.

Upgrade the installed runtime and reconnect the host after Plugin/schema changes. A Plugin that pins an unpublished or absent runtime shows Install Redpact; an installed global CLI is separate from the Plugin-managed runtime. Existing settings and historical execution evidence are preserved. No project-settings reset is required by this release. Published tags and npm versions remain immutable.

CI release verification passed in Actions run 39005285693. CI trusted publication failed authorization; the same verified artifact was published with authenticated interactive human 2FA on 2026-10-18 KST. The downloaded public npm tarball matches the CI SHA-256 exactly. After registry propagation, actual npm and pnpm installation/browser lifecycle tests both passed. Earlier attempts during registry propagation timed out and are not counted as passes.

Local CLI/runtime 0.9.0 and local-source Plugin 0.7.0 are installed. Existing instance identity and evidence counts were preserved and the actual viewer opened the earlier managed evidence. The public npm Plugin catalog remains on 0.6.0; Plugin registry publication is separate.

Redpact 0.9.0 · Beta brings the reviewed public-main changes since v0.8.0 into an installable web runtime.

• Use the CLI for project/worktree targeting, settings inspection and revision-checked patching, managed tests, environments, execution history and evidence. CLI wait results include cleanup failures.
• The model-facing MCP now exposes lifecycle/status/opening operations. Operational tools remain App-only for the full shared web viewer. Inline chat approval/result cards and native desktop distribution are removed.
• Keep bounded, redacted preparation/execution diagnostics through Testcontainers-managed lifecycles, artifact-copy failures and cleanup. Fix UTF-8 chunk redaction, truncation reporting and Docker build-context cleanup on immediate API rejection.
• Add a Settings preference for Git-tracked files, immutable test-selection scope, retained manual worktree environments, runtime recovery and improved source/evidence identity checks.
• Preserve file-based historical evidence through ordered startup migrations, with original backups and retry validation. CI focuses on Ubuntu/Node 24; bilingual documentation remains canonical.

Upgrade and compatibility

Install @wo658/redpact@0.9.0 using the original npm/pnpm owner, finish active work and restart with the same data directory. Model-facing operational MCP calls are incompatible: update agent skills to CLI and reconnect MCP after updating. Use --server to target the same viewer instance. CLI settings commands replace direct agent edits; the fixed project configuration schema remains the supported format. Existing runtime records use ordered startup migrations; do not reset or delete historical evidence. Unknown/corrupt layouts fail explicitly. Code rollback does not reverse a completed data migration.

App Page Plugin 0.7.0 targets runtime 0.9.0 and carries the CLI skills. Its local-source build is separate from npm plugin publication; the public npm Plugin catalog remains on 0.6.0 until separately published. The plugin does not install a global CLI: install it separately. Native desktop releases remain historical only.

Verification and limits

The product changes were independently reviewed and merged in #21; release preparation is #22. Evidence includes public Ubuntu/Node24 CI, installed runtime tarball verification, managed Integration 12/12, actual desktop/mobile functional checks 17/17 each and inspected captures, plus targeted real Docker failures, resource limits and isolation. Release preparation adds updater regression tests (12 passed), plugin tests (18 passed), extracted plugin verification, bilingual content checks and maintainer Webpack rendering. Default Turbopack rendering previously failed on local port permissions; Webpack rendering passed. Final npm publication uses the CI-verified artifact and records its exact commit and SHA-256.

Not every Docker/Playwright failure combination or host platform was verified; see #21 for the explicit matrix gaps. This release does not claim blanket failure-recovery coverage or new cross-platform plugin support.

업데이트와 호환성

기존 npm/pnpm 소유자를 사용해 @wo658/redpact@0.9.0을 설치합니다. 진행 중 작업을 마친 뒤 같은 데이터 디렉터리로 재시작하세요. 기존 모델용 작업 MCP 호출은 호환되지 않습니다. 스킬을 CLI 방식으로 업데이트하고 MCP를 재연결해야 합니다. 같은 뷰어 인스턴스를 --server로 지정하세요. 에이전트의 설정 직접 편집은 CLI 설정 명령으로 대체하며 기존 단일 프로젝트 설정 스키마를 지원합니다. 기존 런타임 기록은 순차 시작 마이그레이션으로 처리하므로 이력을 초기화하거나 삭제하지 마세요. 알 수 없거나 손상된 형식은 명시적으로 실패합니다. 코드 롤백은 완료한 데이터 마이그레이션을 되돌리지 않습니다.

모든 Docker·Playwright 장애 조합과 모든 호스트 플랫폼을 검증한 것은 아닙니다. 미검증 범위는 #21에 명시했습니다. 모든 장애 복구나 새 플랫폼 플러그인 지원을 보장하는 릴리스가 아닙니다.
