Remove Atom documentation from the wiki?

I wonder if the documentation page showing how to integrate WordPressCS with Atom should be removed, as Atom was sunset in December 2022, and the linter-phpcs package that is recommended in the docs is not available. The Atom package manager is no longer working.

I went ahead and deleted the page, along with the links that pointed to it on the sidebar and home page.
