  • The Upgrade to PRO links open the pricing page in the admin's language where plogins.com has one, and tell plogins.com which plugin the visit came from (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign in the link). Nothing is sent from your site.
  • Readme: the PRO section lists what the free plugin includes and what the paid edition adds as two lists, which WordPress.org can display (it does not display tables).

@wppoland wppoland released this 23 Oct 13:01
  • New: "Show on checkout" setting. The badge row appears under the Place order button on the classic checkout, and under the checkout form with the Checkout block. Off by default.
  • New: a short caption under each badge, such as "Secure checkout", in the site language. It is also what screen readers hear, so the icon is no longer announced separately. On for new installs; stores updating from an earlier version keep their icon-only row until they tick "Show captions".
  • Screen readers now hear the shopper caption instead of the settings-screen description, which read "Secure checkout (lock)".
  • Fixed: the FAQ listed a returns badge, which this plugin does not include.

  • Turning the plugin off no longer prints the raw [trust_badges] shortcode on pages that use it; the shortcode now renders nothing while the badges are disabled.
  • The settings screen shows the "Settings saved." confirmation after a save.
  • The PRO feature cards are translatable like the rest of the screen and no longer show internal notes or a menu path as a feature.
  • Deleting the plugin on a multisite network removes its settings from every site, not only the current one.
