新签名更新通道上线。

从 0.4.18 或更早版本升级，需要手动安装 0.4.19 一次。 旧版内置旧公钥，不能自动跨越本次密钥更换。安装时保留 data/、runtime/ 和下载目录；先完全退出旧版，再运行安装包或替换 Flow.exe。

  • 0.4.19 起使用新公钥和 update-v2.json 检查后续版本，继续强制验证签名、文件大小和 SHA-256。
  • 本版设为 GitHub Latest，默认发布页和下载入口均指向 0.4.19。
  • 旧通道 update.json 保留 0.4.16 的原签名清单，停止推进；旧客户端不会收到无法验证的新签名。
  • 更新通道清单低于已安装版本时，明确显示两边版本号，不再误称“当前已是最新版本”。
  • 新私钥采用 Windows 当前账户加密，保存在构建目录之外；仓库只包含公钥和签名工具。私钥未上传到发布附件。

包含 0.4.18 的托盘退出、文件释放和 HTTP 已完成文件恢复修复。

下载：安装包、绿色 ZIP 或独立 Flow.exe；附新旧通道清单及 SHA-256 校验文件。

New signing-key update channel. Versions through 0.4.18 require one manual installation of 0.4.19, retaining data, runtime and download folders. From 0.4.19, subsequent updates use the new public key and update-v2.json, with signature, size and SHA-256 verification enforced. This release is GitHub Latest. The legacy update.json remains the original signed 0.4.16 manifest and no longer advances. The private key stays locally encrypted and is not included in release assets.
