Updated YSU orographical gravity wave drag issue
If not using updated gwdo input (updated in WPS 4.7), gwdo stresses will be zero. It is recommended to updated the input via WPSv4.7; otherwise, apply this fix: (https://github.com/NCAR/MMM-physics/pull/20).
Set gwd_if_nonhyd=.false. in the &dynamics namelist to resolve a bug in the code for the new non-hydrostatic effect option.
Updated ShinHong PBL scheme
The YSU and ShinHong PBL schemes are now merged into a single, updated ShinHong PBL scheme.
The ysu_topdown_pblmix option has been renamed to shinhong_scu_mixing in this release. This option is compatible with YSU (shinhong_nonlocal_flux = .false.), but not with ShinHong (shinhong_nonlocal_flux = .true., which is the default setting in this release).
NoahMP opt_runsrf = 5 option
When using NoahMP and opt_runsrf = 5, the model will not restart correctly. An abort is likely.
