I probably won't be able get to this until July, but can you give more information please? Also, does the static compile that comes with the release work?

The static compile version works well I am just using this one for now. Thanks! A question about coverm cluster command, no output for the cluster file and the representative genome of each cluster?drep can do this. Thanks, Jianshu |
