v0.1.1 — DSH 0.1.5 compatibility

修复（DSH 0.1.5 兼容）

• client 半改走 ctx.sessions.scope(sessionId)：@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-runtime 在 DSH 0.1.5 不再是客户端模块表（module table）的种子包，旧代码 require() 它会抛 missed the module table，浏览器报 Failed to load plugins（宿主本身正常）。
• 从 dsh.client.inject 与 peerDependencies 移除该失效包。
• peerDependencies / engines.dsh 声明支持范围 ^0.1.0-rc.6 || ^0.1.5-rc.1。

新增

• tests/dsh-compat.test.js：把这次事故固化成回归护栏 —— client bundle 只允许 require 模块表种子包、host 引用的 named export 在当前 DSH 里仍存在、dsh.client.inject 各项真实存在、engines 声明 0.1.5、版本号一致。以后升级 DSH 跑 npm test 即可提前发现。

DSH 升级只升 CLI，profile 里的插件仍停在旧 API —— 升级 DSH 后记得 update 一次。
