Cloud Workstation Start, Stop and Tunnel commands

This release provides the basic functionality expected from the cw tool.

• cw tunnel creates a tunnel to the Cloud Workstation
• cw tunnel -up Starts the Cloud Workstation (if it's stopped) and then, creates the tunnel to the Cloud Workstation
• cw start starts the Cloud Workstation
• cw stop stops the Cloud Workstation
