🚀 New Feature

• #1714 Image captions: a Caption button in the image popup and a checkbox in the image properties dialog wrap the image in <figure> with an editable <figcaption>. The tags are configurable with imageCaption.wrapper, inner and caption. Thanks @brendon.
• #1713 A Header row toggle in the table cell popup moves the first row into <thead> as <th scope="col"> cells, and back. Thanks @brendon.

🐛 Bug Fix

• #1735 The eraser with just a caret inside a word clears the whole word, as Word does, instead of splitting the format and leaving what is typed next formatted; a line break or an image ends a word. Thanks @brendon.
• #1742 Dragging across table cells no longer loses the marked cells on release. Thanks @brendon.
• #1747 In iframe mode, dragging an image's resize handle follows the pointer instead of being offset by the iframe. Thanks @brendon.
• #1749 Opening the Link, Image, File or Video popup puts the caret in its first field, so typing fills in the URL instead of replacing the selected text. Thanks @brendon.
