Release 0.0.31

  • skilly scan now supports Node.js projects — scans package.json and node_modules for dependency-provided skills alongside Python support.
  • skilly configure reworked: configuration now uses global.directories and local.directories arrays instead of a flat enabled-builtins list. The --enable/--disable flags are removed. Default directory can also be set via environment variable SKILLY_DEFAULT_DIRECTORY.
