Shortened Codex skill labels to dev-team:init, dev-team:run, and dev-team:audit by removing the redundant prefix from skill names. Updated setup guidance and documentation.
Validation: all 40 tests passed; isolated package installation verified.
Reinstall the plugin and open a fresh Codex session to load the new names.
