Eye Care 3.0.0

Eye Care now provides only the Background row and three native palettes.

Breaking change: Island has moved to the independent @xiaotuchu/dsh-theme-island plugin. Install that plugin to keep using the Island appearance; existing palette settings are preserved.

• Removes Island artwork, styles and tokens from the Eye Care package.
• Keeps the native background dropdown, remembered selection, language and light/dark support.
• With both plugins installed, Island takes precedence; returning to Native restores the saved Eye Care palette.
• Updates Chinese and English installation, uninstall and license documentation.

Validation: build consistency, four test suites, both plugin load orders and teardown, and paired browser checks.
