v0.2.0 — turn-tree canvas

Turn-tree canvas for DSH sessions.

• Nodes are user turns; sessions are coloured lines and title tags.
• Fork edges leave from the exact inherited turn; shared prefixes are drawn once.
• Empty sessions get head chips; long straight runs fold; parents centre over their fork branches.
• Loaded steering inputs appear as their own nodes, and session tags show display titles.
• Pinch zoom is more responsive (1.02 base with a one-pixel delta floor).
