ModuleTools 1.5.0
ModuleTools is now a standalone Composer library for XOOPS 2.8.0+, targeting PHP 8.4+ and Smarty 5.
- Introduces API 1.1.0 while retaining legacy mTools aliases and existing API compatibility.
- Fixes database cloning, permission handling, CSV export safety, HTML truncation, and update detection.
- Adds installation and migration documentation, stronger compatibility checks, and regression tests.
Validated on PHP 8.4 and 8.5. Modules requiring the newly added functionality should request API 1.1.0.
