fix: route EXT/SBC leaf elements through CbcTypeResolver in TypeResolver

TypeResolver hardcoded CBC as the only namespace routed to leaf type
resolution. EXT/SBC simpleContent elements fell through to the generic
path, producing references to classes that were never generated.

Now all COMPONENT_NAMESPACES elements are checked against CbcTypeResolver
first — leaf elements collapse to existing leaf classes (e.g.,
ExtensionAgencyID → Identifier), aggregates fall through as before.

- Add EXT simpleContent elements to test fixture XSD
- Add 7 TypeResolver element resolution tests (was zero coverage)
- Add 5 CbcTypeResolver EXT leaf collapse tests
- Add 3 FullGenerationTest structural classification assertions
- Fix totalFilesWritten assertion to include codelistEnumCount
- Bump version to 1.3.2
