Fixes three rendering regressions from v0.15.0:
- Restore missing pixels on shallow diagonal strokes with even widths by using the same sample coordinates for row bounds and coverage.
- Restore zero-radius circle pixels and keep the centre of a stroked circle hollow when its inner radius is zero.
- Preserve a page wrapper's orientation when the body supplies dimensions; size and orientation now fall back independently.
Includes regression tests and the same-input before/after examples in examples/regression_review.
Validation: Go tests and vet passed, along with all six Studio checks, including 122 CLI/WASM render comparisons and three simulated uploads.
