• args 含 ":" 的引号值（如 Windows 盘符路径 F:/...）在 UI 回读时被 mini YAML 解析器按第一个冒号切坏："F 被当键丢弃、尾巴引号残留；现在列表/编辑显示正确，编辑保存不再损坏配置（新增 round-trip 回归测试）
• Fixed: quoted args containing ":" (e.g. Windows drive paths F:/...) were mis-split by the mini YAML parser on reparse — list/edit display is now correct and edit-save no longer corrupts the config (round-trip regression test added)
