Fixes and clarifies the install instructions, and reworks the README walkthrough.

• The separate screenshot gallery is folded into one 60-second start walkthrough: four steps, one annotated screenshot per step.
• Documents the dsh web path explicitly: Settings → Plugins → Add plugin, or dsh plugin --profile web add … (the profile name must be the one you run).
• No longer assumes the CLI is on PATH (the desktop app bundles it).
• Lists all four spec forms the installer accepts: npm name, repository URL, prebuilt .tgz URL, local path.
• Describes the Plugin Market as optional — dshmarket is a community plugin, not part of DSH.

• The heart screenshot is annotated: the heart is circled and labelled 加入收藏 / Add to favorites.
• Both screenshots are preceded by a sentence describing what the picture shows.
• Language-switch and license links are absolute, so they also work on the npm page.
• Market-listing material records the verified awesome-dsh-plugin rules.

• Heart in the assistant action row saves a whole turn (question + full answer) as Markdown inside the session workspace.
• Collection panel: workspace/session/turn tree, search, reader, reveal in folder, close button.
• Row actions: pin, rename, copy @file reference, add to / remove from the knowledge base, delete.
• Personal knowledge base at ~/.dsh/knowledge/<YYYY-MM>.md, grouped by month, renameable and removable.
• Images and attachments are copied beside the record; promoting an image copies it again and writes a one-sentence image summary.
• Model-side search_knowledge / read_knowledge over BM25 + CJK bigrams, on demand and never auto-injected.
• Zero runtime dependencies, no build step; 21 tests.
