If you want to geocode image, you need to click on Insert coordinates option on file panel:

File panel

Then you can:

Use OpenStreetMap map to select place (right click + drag to move, left click to select point, wheel to zooom);
Insert decimal coordinates, semicolon separated;
Paste permalink from OpenStreetMap.org or Wikimapia.org

Click Apply to confirm.
