UI enhance

This pull request includes several changes to the FAQ, Learn More, and Landing Page components, as well as global styles. The primary focus is on refactoring the footer into a separate component and updating the styles and structure of various pages.

Refactoring and Component Updates:

• app/FAQ/page.tsx: Removed the inline footer and replaced it with the Footer component.
• app/learn-more/page.tsx: Removed the inline footer and replaced it with the Footer component. Updated some text and styles.
• app/page.tsx: Removed the inline footer and replaced it with the Footer component.
• components/footer.tsx: Created a new Footer component that includes social links, a dynamic current year, and a GitHub star button.

Style Updates:

• app/globals.css: Added new color variables for use in the application. [1] [2]
