SAP Knowledge Pipeline can now transform approved SAP fields before they enter RAG documents, metadata, citations, or identifiers.

• deterministic masking with configurable visible prefixes and suffixes
• stable SHA-256 pseudonymization
• ISO date and datetime normalization
• closed value mappings that fail or redact unknown values
• trusted custom transformer hooks with validated, serializable configuration
• consistent protection across text, metadata, citation keys, and document IDs
• source URL omission when transformed data makes generic URL redaction unsafe

This remains an alpha release. Test recipes and target reindexing behavior in a non-production environment first.
