Documentation and repo polish -- no app behavior changes since v1.0.

  • Add README with setup instructions, printer settings (LAN Only Mode + Developer Mode), and a liability disclaimer

Initial working release.

PySide6 touchscreen controller for a Bambu Lab P1S (LAN mode), built for a Raspberry Pi + 9" touch panel. Emulates the A1's onboard screens: Home, Print Files, Print Monitor, Filament/AMS, Control, Settings.

Verified against real hardware over the course of this project:

  • Connect/reconnect over local MQTT (LAN + Developer Mode)
  • Homing, jog, extrude, fan control, light toggle
  • AMS load/unload (4-slot)
  • Starting, monitoring, pausing/stopping prints, live camera feed
  • Full Bambu HMS error decoding with an in-app error banner
  • Print Files: 3MF/STL thumbnails (cached on disk), sort by name/date/size, search, placeholder icons, loading spinner overlay
  • Fullscreen/windowed toggle, persisted to config.yaml
