Use the 3-minute edition for the timed pitch

Prepare the mission, activity payment, and research-branch revocation before presenting, and explicitly disclose this preparation. On stage demonstrate the rejected child payment and one fresh independent-verification payment. Target 2:35, leaving a 25-second buffer. If confirmation or delivery has not completed by 1:55, use the clearly labeled historical evidence. Refund and refresh recovery happen after the talk.
