Runner 0.17.1 is a bug-fix release for macOS and Windows on top of 0.17.0.

Bug fixes

  • Codex chats no longer get stuck as Drafting. After you submit a prompt in Codex and its input box is empty again, Runner now detects this and delivers queued inbox messages, instead of holding them back. (#940)
  • Wrapped links open as one link. When a long URL wraps onto the next row, hovering any part of it now highlights the whole URL, and modifier-clicking a continuation row opens the full address. (#994)
  • Launching Runner again on Windows focuses the running app. A second launch now brings the existing window back to the front, instead of starting another copy that takes over the main window. (#980)
  • Mission agents wait for inbox notifications. Crew members now end their turn and read their inbox when Runner notifies them, instead of starting their own feed watchers while they wait for teammates. (#985)

Download and upgrade

  • macOS, Apple Silicon: download Runner-0.17.1-arm64.dmg, or update through Sparkle. The app is signed and notarized.
  • Windows x64, Windows 10 version 1809 or later: download Runner-Setup-0.17.1.20261022.0936-x64.exe. The installer, app, and CLI sidecars are Authenticode-signed by Open Source Developer Yicheng Wang. You can also update through Settings → Updates → Update, then choose Install and restart. Settings, chats, and missions are retained.

Windows ARM64, Intel Macs, and Linux are not supported.

  • 在 Windows 上再次启动 Runner 会切到正在运行的应用。 第二次启动会把已有窗口带到前台，而不是再启动一个副本并接管主窗口。(#980)
  • 任务中的智能体改为等待收件箱通知。 等待队友时，团队成员现在会先结束当前回合，收到 Runner 的通知后再读取收件箱，而不是自己启动 feed 监听。(#985)

下载与升级

  • macOS（Apple Silicon）： 下载 Runner-0.17.1-arm64.dmg，或通过 Sparkle 更新。应用已签名并经过公证。
