Feature release: two new graph export formats, MCP catching up with the CLI, native Gemini support, and a broad quality-hardening pass.

📤 New Export Formats

  • JSON-LD — he export jsonld: pairwise edges as @type: Edge, N-ary edges as @type: Hyperedge with endpoint lists. (#139)
  • Cypher — he export cypher: Neo4j/Memgraph-compatible MERGE script; N-ary edges become Hyperedge nodes with [:IN] membership instead of lossy clique expansion. (#141)

🔌 MCP Parity

he-mcp now exposes export_graphml, export_csv, export_jsonld, export_cypher; list_templates includes method templates; info shows chunks/timestamps/sources like the CLI. (#106, #131, #133, #144)

📄 CLI

  • he feed accepts directories (same per-file source attribution as he parse). (#135)
  • he search on graph KAs prints nodes/edges properly instead of raw tuples; MCP search no longer crashes on graph_rag 3-tuples. (#144)

🧠 Providers

  • Native Gemini — the previously unused [google] extra is wired to create_llm: pip install "hyperextract[google]". (#137)

🏗️ Internal & Hardening

  • GraphIndexMixin — shared merge/index/search surface for graph & hypergraph (−168 lines). (#145)
  • Contract tests for every registered method; Windows joined the test matrix. (#112, #108)
  • Chunk options validated at parse time; relation_members requires source/target roles. (#91, #92)
  • Windows config.toml ACL restricted to the current user; FAISS deserialization warning on load. (#110, #94)
  • Scoped search fixes across hypergraph, AutoSet, Graph_RAG and Cog_RAG. (#90 + sweep)
