v0.1.2 — prebuilt universal binary

Prebuilt universal overlay binary (arm64 + x86_64) — no Xcode Command Line Tools needed.

• hud/testhud.macos-universal — 567 KB, universal (x86_64 + arm64), built with -target macos14.0
• The plugin copies it into ~/.dsh/dsh-testhud/bin/testhud on first use and only falls back to swiftc if it is missing or cannot be copied
• The panel itself requires macOS 14+ (it uses ScreenCaptureKit's SCShareableContent / SCScreenshotManager)

Install: dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-testhud
