• Merge #9: in clean and compact, adjacent standalone errors can share the first complete error and a repetition count even when standalone long hexadecimal IDs or UUIDs in their bodies differ. Source, title and all surrounding text must still match; short codes, purely numeric values and prefixed identifiers such as msg_... / rs_... remain exact.
• Matching uses ID formats rather than field names, so differing resource UUIDs or long hashes may also be grouped. New inline disclosure makes every complete original occurrence available for inspection.
• In fullscreen, collapsed runs show [×N]. Click the first error to expand; the control becomes [Collapse]. Click again to collapse. Expanded errors keep the same error prefix and left alignment, without triangles, numbering or extra indentation. Newly appended retries preserve the expanded state.
• Full mode continues to show every original occurrence. Session records and original error components remain unchanged. Other transcript entries break runs; errors with thinking, tool calls or visible answer text do not participate in this grouping.
• Only the visible run head counts repetitions; hidden retries no longer repeatedly scan the remaining suffix.
• Update both READMEs and add regression coverage for native mouse clicks/drags, mode switches, appended retries, narrow windows and preservation of original information.

Validation and thanks

Development dependencies remain pinned exactly to Pi 1.5.0, rechecked as the latest stable version before release along with the official release notes. Typechecking, full regressions, real CLI/PTY checks and package dry-run checks passed. GC/whole-extension reload checks for the disclosure implementation also passed. These checks are not guarantees for every environment or indefinite operation.

• Allow up to two columns of same-row pointer jitter on fullscreen interaction rows and copy controls. Vertical/larger drags, links, ordinary selection, and double/triple-click rules remain unchanged.
• Pin the development and regression baseline to Pi / pi-tui 1.0.1 and add coverage for colors, pulsing, bubble copy, shortcuts, and real press/motion/release event paths.

Limitations: Double/triple-click selection is unchanged, with no vertical click tolerance. Passing tests do not establish coverage of every real terminal interaction.
