Added

• Headers for HTTP MCP servers (#280). HttpTransport::with_header(name, value) sends a header — an auth token, an API key, a User-Agent — on every request of the session. Connect with McpClient::connect_http_with(transport) or Agent::with_mcp_server_http_transport(transport). Works on wasm32 / Cloudflare Workers.

Fixed

• BashTool kills what a command started (#278, suggested by @shahidcodes). On Unix a timeout, cancel or dropped call kills the command's whole process group: pipeline stages, && lists and background jobs no longer keep running. Behaviour change: the terminal's Ctrl+C no longer reaches a running command — hosts should cancel or drop the call on Ctrl+C (the cli example does).

• README refresh with a new loop diagram (#279); HTTP MCP tested on wasm32 through the host's fetch (#276).
