Patch release: new model presets and prices, no API change.

  • Presets: gpt_6_1_terra() (GPT-6.1 Terra, Responses API), glm_5_3_flashx(), qwen_3_8_omni_flash(); ModelConfig::meta prices muse-spark-1.3 and muse-wonder-1.0 (after prices::enable_bundled()) (#402).
  • Tests: mutation-run survivors triaged (#403); a flaky MCP stdio test fixed (#404).

Released with yoagent-rutis 0.11.0 — rutis 0.19.3 (breaking: move the npm / PyPI / Go runtimes to 0.19.3; hosts start runtimes with rutis-host's SpawnPlugin; agent events no longer go on the rutis bus) (#405). See CHANGELOG.md for migration notes.
