Additive release; nothing changes unless you opt in.

  • max_total_tokens can count what a run adds to the conversation instead of every resent prompt: ExecutionLimits::with_token_accounting(TokenAccounting::Growth) — the conversation the run starts with is the baseline, each turn adds its growth; compaction shrink and turns without usage count as zero. Default (TokenAccounting::Processed) unchanged (#236, #408).

Released with yoagent-rutis 0.12.0 — rutis 0.20.0 (breaking: move the npm / PyPI / Go runtimes to 0.20.0; plugins must declare services they can run without in optional and read them with ctx.get; the pi and DSH adapters do) (#409). See CHANGELOG.md.
