Removed the youcom-research agent preset

The preset added no capability the plugin doesn't already provide: it only
set a research-oriented persona and mounted tool-web, with no Research API
integration behind it (no /v1/research call, and the dsh-web seam has no
ResearchProvider slot to hang one off). The plugin's WebSearchProvider /
WebFetchProvider are the value — ship that alone.

  • Removed presets/youcom-research/ and its files/README references
  • Bumped package version and the X-Client-Info plugin version to 0.1.1

No provider behavior changed in this release.
