First release. dsh-intelligent-ui — previously named dsh-genui, renamed because that name was taken on npm by an unrelated DSH generative-UI plugin and said nothing about what this does.

Generative UI for DeepSeek Harness: the model writes an interface instead of describing one.

• Compiled path (engine: "dil", default): the model writes a declarative document; the host compiles it, a DOM-less Worker in the frame runs it, and the host draws the render tree with native DOM.
• Escape hatch (engine: "html"): a self-contained document in a sandboxed frame, for anything the component inventory cannot express.

Both verified end to end against a running DeepSeek Harness: a DIL interface generated and patched in place through five revisions, an HTML canvas interface generated, and a revision patched across an app restart with the parent chain intact.

442 tests pass (344 here, 98 vendored from upstream).
