Added

• agentmd info shows database paths — the configuration panel now displays the resolved execution DB (Database) and checkpoints DB (Checkpoints DB) paths, alongside the existing config/env/workspace entries. The DB location can be customized via db_path in config.yaml (absolute, or relative to the workspace); the checkpoints DB always sits beside it.

Fixed

• _config directory now follows agents_dir — tools_dir, skills_dir, and mcp_config are now derived from the configured agents_dir ({agents_dir}/_config/...) by default, instead of a hardcoded agents/_config/.... With a custom agents_dir (e.g. 99. Agents), agentmd no longer spawns a stray top-level agents/ folder in the workspace; skills/tools/MCP config live inside the agents directory. Each path can still be overridden explicitly in config.yaml. The workspace .env lookup follows agents_dir too.
