Docker Images

• Update alpine version from 3.21.2 to 3.22.0 in the base image
• Update Hashicorp Consul version from 1.20.2 to 1.21.1 in the hcp-consul image
• Update Hashicorp Vault version from 1.18.4 to 1.19.5 in the hcp-vault image
• Update Grafana Enterprise version from 11.5.1 to 12.0.1 in the grafana image
• Update Prometheus version from 3.1.0 to 3.4.1 in the prometheus image
• New Java image: remal-java-21-omni-runner. This is a large Docker image with additional Unix tools and packages.
• Improve the documentation
• Improve Kafka configuration to avoid Replication factor: 3 larger than available brokers: 2. error.
  If you have three or more nodes, you can use the default settings, otherwise you need to customize Kafka. See more details: KAFKA_TRANSACTION_STATE_LOG_REPLICATION_FACTOR and KAFKA_TRANSACTION_STATE_LOG_MIN_ISR
• Change Kafka Docker image from confluentinc/cp-kafka to docker.io/apache/kafka:4.0.0
• Running Kafka without ZooKeeper in KRaft mode because Kafka is removing ZooKeeper
• Remove zookeepercontainer as we use Kafka 4.0.0 without ZooKeeper in KRaft mode

Java projects

• Fix an exception handling problem in the @MethodStatistics annotation. Spring's @ControllerAdvice annotation did not work properly with custom exception classes.
• Update Java dependencies
• Change Kafka bootstrap address in remal-gombi-kafka-consumer and remal-gombi-kafka-producer projects because we use Kafka 4.0.0 in KRaft mode from now
• Improve the documentation: add some nice Prometheus diagram
• Improve code quality
