• When a Docker container is stopped and removed, then the certificate for that particular server remains in the PKI environment.
  This causes an issue when the container is started again.
• New directories in the Java-21 images to share logfiles betweeen the container and the host machine: logs/heap-dump and logs/application.

• Improvement in the main docker documentation.
• Fixing a Kafka configuration issue in the docker-compose.yml that prevented to connect an external Kafka tool to the cluster using the external Docker ports.
